Hi Rick, did you manage to resolve this problem. I am having the same but with windows 11. I don’t have winpcap installed since it is now uncompatible with win11 and unsafe to use. I only have the latest version of npcap which at the time of this writing is 1.8.5. Also the suricata install is 8.0.2-1 and is an msi file. Thx Tony
