# Why cannot i open this kind url link in emergingthreats open rules

Hi:

i wanna get some information from url link like"`doc.emergingthreats.net/2001972`",its at the reference section in emergingthreats open rules.but i could not open it ,its linked to anthor address-[https://community.emergingthreats.net/](https://community.emergingthreats.net/). any advice? thanks!

It seems like the TLS certificate has expired - I believe they need to fix it on the ET side.  
It can be more beneficial to ask on the ET forum anyway (the site you linked) 🙂
