Don’t use 7.0.0-rc2 now that 7.0.2 is out. Please try that and report back if the issue still exists.

can you report that in a ticket?

More details are needed as the crash doesn’t reproduce with the default configuration settings.

Per @vjulien , please create a redmine ticket and include

  • Suricata configuration file (please redact sensitive information)
  • A call stack of the crash (if possible)
