Can i ask 1 thing that can Suricata can check connection to the Camera which has the ip address setup on it and can i have some rules about checking connection to camera . Because i dont see any document or searching google about checking camera with suricata . Is suricata able to do it ?
Suricata is able to check for certain IP addresses if that’s what you’re asking. You can define the set of addresses in HOME_NET in suricata.yaml to reflect the network address range(s) belonging to you or your organization. You’d include the IP address (or CIDR) that includes your cameras.
