Working on installing Suricata (V 6.0.1) on a Windows 10 machine, we have just installed WinPcap as well as Ncap (V 4.1.3). Winpcap and Npcap (V. 992) were installed first, then the Suricata file.
No idea whats causing this error. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Is that from the officially provided MSI or local compile ?
Thank you your response. I belive you would consider this one a local compile. We have solved the problem, it was just NCap being out of date.
same problem. npcap (15 days ago released, v 1.70) installed after suricata 6.0.5.
