Those are signature warnings. Suricata Should be running though.
Are you using the latest rule set downloads?
As Peter mentioned, you will want to be sure to use the ET signatures for the Suricata 5.0 signature set. From what your screenshot shows, the Suricata 4.0 set appear to be in use.
