Found duplicate rule SID XXXX with same revision, keeping the first rule seen

Hello, I have the following error while I make suricata-update:
25/7/2024 – 23:59:12 - – Found duplicate rule SID xxxxx with same revision, keeping the first rule seen.
and this error has repeated for 6000 times.
To be honest I don’t know from which source come the error.
Any help ?

suricata version: 7.0.6
os: freebsd 13.3
suricata-update 1.3.3

This usually happens Suricata loads both the suricata.rules from suricata-update and a file that suricata-update puts into suricata.rules.
