I’m wondering if it is possible to configure Intel E810-XXX with ice driver to use it with suricata properly. I mean is it known how to tune flow hashing, etc.

I have never seen those and the ice driver, only ixgbe and the i40e. But it would be worth to start in looking what ethtool provides, maybe the same as i40e and if so you could try those optimizations.
