Hello , I have this error on suricate.log but the iface “wlp0s20f3” is not in my configuration file (its an old iface but it seems like it doesnt want to replace it.) I restarted the service a lot of time.
How is suricata being started? The interface may be an artifact left in an initialization file.

If you’re on Ubuntu (which the terminal colors suggest ;)) then it could also have been configured in /etc/default/suricata. Maybe it’s still in there?

So the next step would be to check the unit file contents and any additional configuration files that are specified in the unit file for the interface specification.
In your case the service unit file appears to be /lib/systemd/system/suricata.service.
