Measuring False Positive Rate (FPR) and False Negative Rate (FNR) for Suricata

Hello,
After doing researches on how to measure the FPR and FNR of Suricata. I can’t find a good guide to achieve that.
Is there a solution that can help me or a guide to follow.

I would start with a proper environment, use some public pcaps to generate traffic.But those rates can vary a lot based on the traffic and signatures used.
