Suricata and IPREP

Hi,
I am customizing the IPREP tool and have encountered difficulties. When IPREP is turned on, drops grow up to 45%. Without IPREP - drops are 0%. I add the following for IPREP to work:

  1. categories - 42
  2. List of IP addresses - 1300
  3. Rules for each category - 42
  4. Traffic from 4 to 17 gigabits.
    Tried to add one rule drops increased by 3-10%.

What to configure to fix it ?

How do you run it?
Also provide the suricata.log and stats.log and ideally the related rep files
