Suricata now has a public Discord server. We used it for the most recent SuriCon and it seemed to be well accepted with requests to keep it alive after Suricon.

Note that this is not a replacement for this Discourse forum, but more of an alternative to IRC.

Will there be an IRC bridge?

No, I heard that Discord is eliminating the ability to bridge in the not so far future so we won’t likely visit that idea.
