Is there anything else you need to do to go from ikev2 to ike other than replace where it says ikev2 with ike in the suricata.yaml? is there anything else i should look at updating since going from sub 7.0.0 to 7.0.4?

Pretty much. Just change - ikev2 to - ike. While we did cover this somewhat in the upgrade guide, required changes to the configuration file is not something we called out.
