Pcre.h error during configure on linux

Hallo everyone

I have an issue when i am trying to deploy suricata, doesn’t matter the version, i want to mention that i am trying to deploy suricata on SLES 12 sp5 and the error is pcre.h not found. I tried also with all option like disable pcre without and so on. I am working in a close enviroment and in my repository there is no pcre-devel.
Do you have any idee what can i do?

Unfortunately it is not possible to build/run Suricata without pcre/pcre2. You would need to either have access to a repository with pcre development packages or otherwise copy the development packages to the system and install them.
