Suricata worked on my laptop a couple of weeks ago. But now I get this message:
This app can’t run on your PC
To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher
but other exe files run?

Windows is preventing this. I suggest searching for the reasons why Windows would prevent execution with this message to determine what the reason is.
